The Biotherapy-Bioproduction Integrator MTInov was established in 2020 from the collaboration between the Cell Therapy and Tissue Bank Unit (UTCT) of the Nancy University Hospital (CHRU) and the Biomolecule Bioprocesses research group of the Reactions and Process Engineering Laboratory (LRGP, CNRS, University of Lorraine).
This platform focuses on the study, optimization, and scale-up of cell-based biopharmaceutical production. It offers expertise in stirred bioreactor cell culture (online monitoring, intensification, modeling, and bioreactor design), as well as in clinical-grade process transfer in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
