Replay – France BioLead round table on the Biotech Act

The European Commission is preparing the Biotech Act, a future legislation aimed at strengthening biotechnology research, development, and production in Europe.

This text aims to simplify regulatory frameworks, support innovation, and consolidate the European Union's industrial and health autonomy.

As part of the public consultation open until November 10, 2025, France BioLead organized a digital round table on November 3 bringing together the DGE, AIS, SICOS, and LEEM to discuss the challenges and prospects of the Biotech Act for the French bioproduction sector.
